Notice by the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver on late submissions
In an attempt to enhance and assist measures implemented by the Cyprus Government to support companies/businesses affected by COVID-19, and following the Registrar’s announcement, dated 23/3/2020, and the publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic “of the Companies (Amending) Law of 2020, N38 (I) / 2020” and published on the same day in the Official Gazette of the Republic (Par. I (I), No. 4752), the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver announced that it has extended the deadline for the submission of various documents and forms prescribed by the Law without penalties until the 18.12.2020.
